Accessing OpenText Social Workplace from FirstClass If you also use OpenText Social Workplace, you'll see your OpenText Social Workplace communities on your FirstClass Desktop. You can go to these communities directly from FirstClass. Anything you post in OTSW communities will show up in your FirstClass Mailbox as a sent message. To go to your OpenText Social Workplace home page, click the Communities button. To go to a particular OpenText Social Workplace community, double-click it on your FirstClass Desktop. To see others' OpenText Social Workplace profile information, select them in the Directory or Who's Online list, then click the OTSW Profile button.
